Top slides open via integrated pull to reveal nine square feet of stash space for laptop, iPhone, iPad, projects, books, planners, folders, smalls and supplies—even hidden cord cutouts to charge electronics. DNI magazine

DNI featured Manuel Saez in two of their last editions. Manuel was invited to write and share his design way of thinking in the 12th edition of DNI. The 14th edition of the magazine features the adjustable bicycle frame, one of our latest designs for the Oregon Manifest. DNI stands for National and International Design and is the design magazine of Clarin newspaper, the largest daily in Argentina with around 800,000 issues a day. Oregon Manifest

We are thrilled to share our first experience at the Oregon Manifest, a design challenge for bicycle designers and builders that combines american craftsmanship and global design thinking, all in the name of innovation. Our entry was the adjustable bicycle frame, a universal utility bike which perfectly fits 95% of the adult population. In addition, it can also be adjusted to ride in a more aggressive or relaxed position, depending on how a rider feels.

Manuel Saez & Partners presents a new bicycle design for industry start-up Brooklyness: the CMYK 2.0. The CMYK 2.0 is an update to our earlier design for the CMYK 1.0, which received great recognition from the design community. The new CMYK 2.0 will be stronger and more powerful, but still compact and foldable–a great bike for urban commuters.

Fishwall – A line of wall coverings and room dividers made out of fish-shaped recycled leather, held together by metal rivets.

Cubets – A line of desktop accessories made out of recycled leather, designed to help organize everyday life.

Alta and Vanity for CB2

We are happy to introduce two new designs for CB2: alta chair and vanity top box. Alta has a simple and elegant design that combines a tubular steel frame with chorme-plated finish and a black upholstered bent plywood seat. Vanity is a slick modern cabinet with multiple compartments cable to stack jewlery and other accesories. It also includes a hidden mirror. It is made of a hi-gloss white powdercoated steel tube frame and low-emission engineered wood case with hi-gloss white and cool grey lacquer.

Benefit for Haiti

Members of manuelsaez ltd, Jordi and Brent, collaborated in the Benefit for Haiti at ‘The Creek’ in Long Island City, performing as DJs. The money raised in the event will be given to Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières). Comedians (Amy Schumer, Rob Cantrell, Neil Stasny, and Peggy O’Leary, hosted by Rojo Perez) and musicians (Lic Jazz Band, Michael Powers, Dharma Bums, Six Arm Tiger, Megan Kerper, and more) performed in the event.
